I've been to a few hotels, including large chains like this, where check out is the end of the interaction, so was very pleased to see that the Hyatt Regency Dallas goes that extra mile to make sure that their guests get as much enjoyment out of their stay as well as afterwards. They offered to secure my bags for me if I was interested in seeing some of the sights around the hotel instead of remaining attached to them, which I gladly accepted. I went to explain that I didn't, I had already checked out, and was just waiting until it was time to leave for my train. During that time, while enjoying a drink from Coffee's Post in the lobby, a member of staff noticed me sitting with my luggage and asked if I needed assistance. Highspeed wired and wireless internet options are avialable. Connected to Union Station and the Dallas Light Rail, all areas of the metroplex are easily accessible from our doorstep. On check out, I was planning to stay in the lobby common areas and relax as I was taking the train back home, and it was expected to be roughly a four hour window between check out and departure. The hotel and Reunion Tower are the pinnacle of the Dallas skyline as well as the closest full-service hotel to the Dallas Convention Center. The Reunion Burger in Monduel's is one I would highly recommend, especially coupled with one of their Summer Spices. The restaurant options are fantastic, the breakfast buffet on offer in Centennial is incredibly fresh and high quality. Be mindful to close the blinds before bed, unless you enjoy being woken by the sunrise, as that view is to the East. The room was beautiful and clean and the view was amazing, I highly recommend their City View option. The staff was friendly and attentive, taking note without my mentioning that I was a first time guest at this hotel and gave me a short, verbal tour from the desk, and reminding me of other amenities they offered that other Hyatt locations didn't.
